When will I receive my order?
We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Please allow the following total processing & shipping times for orders not containing any form of personalisation:

  • Standard shipping: 7–10 business days

Personalised items are made just fur your doggo, so they require an extra 3–5 days of production time. We cannot accommodate split shipments; your full order will ship when everything is ready.

 

When will my personalised order ship?
Personalised items add 3–5 extra days for production. So if you select standard shipping, your order could take 8–14 business days to arrive.

Because split shipments are not available, your full order ships only once all items (including personalised ones) are ready.
Note: All personalised items are final sale and not refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part.

 

What if my package is delayed during shipping?
While we make every effort to dispatch on time, sometimes carrier delays occur.
If a package appears lost (i.e. no movement for 10 days after the last scan), we will issue a replacement or store credit.

 

What if my package is labeled as delivered, but I haven't received it?
Common reasons for missing packages include:

  • The package may have been delivered to a neighbour’s home.

  • It may have been dropped off somewhere odd on your property. 

  • The carrier might have marked it “delivered” prematurely. 

  • The package may be waiting at the local post office — sometimes no delivery slip is left, or another household member collects it. 

In our experience, a “lost” package shows up in a few days around 90% of the time. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the delivery date, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

 

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in “like new” condition.

  • Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges. 

  • Returns received 31–60 days after shipping will receive store credit. 

  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers cover return/exchange shipping, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item — in that case we provide a free return label.
