Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- All parts, components, and original packaging must be included.
- The items must show normal handling; breakage due to careless handling is not eligible for return.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- Any defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If your return meets the conditions, we will officially acknowledge it within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the return conditions outlined above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product if it is damaged
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's shipping address
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase in accordance with the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes unrelated to their commercial or professional activities:
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation
You have 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the last item in your order to cancel the purchase. Since we operate a fully automated system, we process orders immediately upon receipt. Consequently, we cannot halt the shipping process, and refunds are not possible once the goods have been shipped.
To exercise your right to withdraw, please send us a clear declaration (e.g., via email) expressing your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation is processed once we receive the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Note on Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive your order before returning it. You may inform us of your intention to cancel in advance.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend sending us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional charges incurred due to selecting a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option provided by us). We will process your refund promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification and goods. We will use the same payment method you originally used, unless agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur fees for this refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
